    Role Overview:


    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for Oracle Cloud ERP positions and will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support our growing client base.


    Responsibilities:


    Recruitment Strategy Development:

    ·         Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Oracle Cloud ERP positions.

    ·         Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.


    Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    ·         Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.

    ·         Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and suitability for Oracle Cloud ERP roles.


    Interview Coordination and Evaluation:

    ·         Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.

    ·         Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    Candidate Relationship Management:

    ·         Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    ·         Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

    Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

    ·         Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as necessary.

    ·         Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

    Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

    ·         Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to management.

    ·         Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.


    Qualifications:

    ·         Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    ·         Proven experience in recruiting for Oracle Cloud ERP positions, preferably within the IT consulting sector.

    ·         Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP modules and functionalities.

    ·         Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

    ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ·         Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    ·         Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.


    Location

    This is a remote role with no expectation of travel. The expectation is to have a candidate based out of Canada. We are open for a US based candidate as well.
